Abstract

This article is part of a document review. Its purpose is to analyze some aspects related to the Venezuelan Education System, which, in the opinion of the researcher, are the ones that affect and problematize it. Reflections revolve around the difficulty and how it can be improved significantly. Every educational change involves a social one, so it is important to be clear about the inconveniences to be able to give them a timely answer, giving a double role to education. On the one hand, forming a social being and, on the other, transforming the system attending social demands. To that end, the transformation is certainly not so easy, this leads to a paradigm shift that allows the interests and needs of all involved to be developed, without impositions, in correspondence to what the society in which they are working.
