Abstract
The purpose of the present investigation is to interpret intersubjectivity oriented towards the process of curricular transformation in the Industrial Technical Schools of the Lara state. The study is inserted under the interpretative paradigm, with a qualitative approach, with support in the phenomenological-hermeneutic method, because it seeks to unveil, characterize and construct the existing reality in Venezuela technical media education at the present time. In order to obtain the findings, the technique of the in-depth interview was used, directed to 6 teachers of Industrial Technical schools of the state of Lara, selected taking into consideration: receptivity, mastery of the scenario and interpenetration in the Technical School. Theoretical body identifies the need for collaboration, commitment and integral training of all the actors of the educational process to deepen and to create from the curricular process permanent formation committees, considering their individual and collective experience.
