Abstract
This research is a fundamental task for the contribution of educational quality. This work looks for strategies from the "All Hands to Sowing" program where the permanent formation allows us to measure the metamorphosis of our students for the improvement of their productive potential. The proposal addresses this situation, its objective is condensed in developing the theoretical and practical methods of research - participation - transformative approach for the effective treatment of agroecology, which are indispensable for training in open classrooms where agroecological techniques are applied, the exchange of knowledge and actions to improve the performance of learning subjects for liberating productive work and overcoming the theoretical culture by creating the conditions for educational transformation, which will have an impact on schools in the municipality of Guacara.
