Abstract
The purpose of this study was to construct a model of planning of class of Arithmetic assisted by E-Learninig and Multiple Intelligences Theory. Such model was oriented toward facilitating the learning of diverse themes of Arithmetic in fourth, fifth and sixth grades of The National School "Los Naranjos", located in the municipality La Vega, Caracas, Venezuela. To achieve this goal, research was carried out which explored the existing connection between Multiple Intelligence Theory and E-learning. This connection is expressed in terms of certain information functions -which have been denominated by the authors Information Functions Spider Web Type- and the use of Mathematical Software as a fundamental didactic resource. The study used qualitative methodology and included: (a) a review of the literature, (b) a diagnostic of the school via activators and deactivators of multiple intelligences located in the neighborhood, (c) the recognition and quantification of abilities of the children in each one of their multiple intelligences, (d) the design of the classes using E-Learning and Multiple Intelligences Theory and, (e) the formulation of explanations and interpretations on the obtained learnings. The obtained results demonstrated the validity of the proposed model to introduce and/or to reinforce notions of Arithmetic in the referred school.
