Abstract
In the educational scenario, teachers and students play the most important role. Students’ motivation is believed to be directly related to teachers’ leadership. Thus, the objective of this study was to explain the relationship between teachers’ transcendental leadership and students’ motivational quality from Social Communication School at the University of Zulia. The research follows a quantitative approach, as it is a correlational-causal, non-experimental transactional study. Results show that even though teacher’s transcendental leadership is acceptable; students’ motivational quality is high.
