Abstract
This article is based on some considerations of psycho-pedagogic and researching nature that have been formulated in relation to the study of well-being in the university context. Under this perspective, the main purpose is to inform, under the modality of argumentative essay, about an alternative vision to study the well-being in youngsters that are in a process of academic training. On the basis of the above, the hermeneutic phenomenological search of the subjective well-being as an experience lived is emphasised, procuring to highlight the convergent ideas raised by experts about this topic. We conclude on the need to promote the psycho-education of well-being, and specifically, the habitual practice of the retrospective reflexion about their learning and its maintenance. Lastly, it’s indicated that this contribution allows to deepen in the theoretical and methodological dealing of the construct mentioned, and to consider the creation of new proposals.
